Creative Force
You are a creative force who’s ready to write. What you need is know-how: how to develop content that develops an audience, a manuscript that turns into a book, or the steps it takes to build a writing career.
What you also need is a plan. A single program gets you started and accomplishes a single and complete goal. It can also be expanded to a full-time writing career if you’re interested in developing an author strategy. We can do that by customizing and blending the programs below.
Power Starts
After an initial conversation to determine your dreams and ultimate goals, we dive into how to get you there.
For up to three hours, we delve deep into your market, what they want to hear, and how you want to publish your content–through platform-building, or by writing a proposal for a traditional publisher, or by writing your manuscript.
You can also use a Power Start to map out your author career, adding content writing, including books, as additional products, or build a business solely by writing books.
You walk away with a plan to carry out the writing in a way that feeds both you and your audience.
From $1,200
Proposals & Platform
Proposals: If you want to submit your book idea to a traditional publisher, you need a book proposal. A proposal is a business plan for your book—it encapsulates your book topic, describes your audience, a market for your book, and why you should write it.
Even if you publish on your own, a proposal can show you how viable your book idea is, or not.
You are guided through the process of writing a full-blown book proposal, which not only outlines your book, but helps you become clear about your audience and what exactly you want to say to them.
Platform: What you learn in the Intensive—writing to a market you know who needs to hear what you say—is what builds a platform. Often called a writing platform or author platform, it’s a tried and true way to build your audience. Your goal is to build the number of readers and the engagement your content receives.
This program expands your Intensive into a multi-week focus on writing to be seen and heard. You are offered a road map with a strategy and accountability.

Publish
This means you’re ready to write and you’re committed to publishing your work. You can start with the Platform Program, which shows you how to write and publish articles and essays to increase your visibility and authority. You can call yourself a published writer and feel good about your blogging, or publishing your work in popular free blog sites, or with publications that pay you for your work.
Or you may want to publish your book. I suggest you begin by writing a book proposal and you can then add time to write your manuscript when your book is either accepted by a publisher, or you start the self-publishing process.
You can also decide to just write your manuscript. If so, this is a minimum six months of coaching and developmental editing.
From $6000
Professional Writing Career
This is a 9-month minimum package that uses any of the programs described in combination to help you establish your authority, credibility, and marketing reach as a published writer and author.
It’s customized to your needs and the vision of who you want to be, what you want to write, and who you are speaking to while offering an array of ways to achieve your goals: article writing for publication (who pay you); blogging as a way to build your personal brand and establish your public voice; writing a book; writing a workbook to complement your book, and more. This program is meant to mold your vision into a plan.
Spending the time developing and polishing your writing skills allows you to meet your long-term goals and this program is meant to not only establish your professional authority, but truly think about your long-term business goals and how to use writing as a way to get you there.
